1. I HEREBY REVOKE all wills, codicils, and testamentary disposition of every nature and kind whatsoever by me heretofore made.

I declare that the receipt of such share by the parent or guardian shall be sufficient discharge to my representative, and my representative shall have no obligation to see the application thereof.

V. I HEREBY direct my personal representative that my body be cremated, and that my funeral be conducted in a simple manner, and that all expenses in connection with my funeral be kept to a minimum.

 

V1. I AUTHORIZE AND EMPOWER my personal representative to sell, mortgage and convey all or any part of my real estate or personal estate for cash or for credit or partly for cash and partly for credit at such times, for such amounts and on such terms as my personal representative may deem advisable.
